Order Processing

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or product availability delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, you will be notified by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
Purrfect Meow Market is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@purrfectmeowmarket.com with photos of the package and contents.
We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Purrfect Meow Market is not liable for delays caused by customs.
