🐱 Overview

At Purrfect Meow Market, your satisfaction, and your cat’s happiness, means the world to us.
Because many of our items are pet treats, hygiene products, or custom gift kits, not all products are eligible for return. However, we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

Please note that Purrfect Meow Market is not responsible for any personal or pet-related issues resulting from product use, including allergic reactions, choking, or injury. Customers are advised to supervise their pets during use and ensure product suitability before purchase. Returns will not be accepted for issues related to pet preference or misuse. Customers must contact us prior to returning any item. Please email our support team at info@purrfectmeowmarket.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Further return instructions will be provided upon approval.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 15 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened pet treats or food items

  • Grooming tools or brushes that have been used

  • Customized kits or “Build-Your-Own” bundles

  • Gift boxes that include consumable items


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.


🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.


🎁 Missing or Damaged Items

If an item is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.


🐾 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
After this window, we begin processing your order and can’t guarantee cancellation.
